Winter Mountain Driving & Traction Laws

Little Cottonwood Canyon (SR-210) is a two-lane avalanche-prone mountain highway. During storm cycles, the Utah Traction Law is strictly enforced (4WD/AWD with snow tires or chains). UDOT frequently closes the road for avalanche artillery mitigation.

Ground Transit & Shuttles
