4. Mountain Safety and Inherent Risks of Skiing

Downhill skiing, snowboarding, and mountain travel are inherently hazardous recreational activities involving significant physical danger, including risks of severe personal injury, trauma, altitude illness, hypothermia, avalanche burial, or death.

Terrain descriptions, difficulty ratings (green circle, blue square, black diamond, double black diamond), snowfall averages, and trail maps published on Ski Flock are provided solely as general informational guidelines. They do not substitute for real-time mountain signage, ski patrol instructions, formal avalanche safety forecasts, or your personal assessment of your physical conditioning and skiing ability. 5. Content Accuracy and Operational Changes

Ski resort operations, ticket prices, pass benefits, parking reservations, snow conditions, lift operating hours, and dining options fluctuate constantly based on seasonal weather, mechanical maintenance, and commercial policy changes. While we make every effort to verify information through direct resort communication and public filings, we make no warranties or representations regarding the absolute completeness, accuracy, or real-time reliability of any data on this Site.
